Caitlin is a proud Coastie having lived here all her life and is passionate about seeing everyone in our community thrive. This passion has led her to serve in a community role as a Hibiscus & Bays Local Board member, manage a youth mentoring programme and set up 'The Hope Shop' op shop in Manly Village.

You’ll find Caitlin organising our community programmes and working collaboratively alongside the great organisations/community groups that are supporting our community on the Coast.

Drivers Licence Mentoring Coordinator

Matt has previously worked with NZ Police for over 15 yrs. Matt has been a supporter of Coast Community Trust since 2022 establishing and coordinating the drivers license mentoring programme. With the demand and community backing of the programme, Matt has jumped on board staff in 2023 to lead the programme. Matt has a heart for making a difference in the lives of people living on the Coast and see people reach their full potential.

You’ll find Matt working on a one to one mentoring basis, helping people on the Coast to obtain their correct drivers license to drive into a positive future.

Ballers Night Club Coordinator

Harry is a passionate basketballer and supporter of youth! Alongside running the Ballers Night Club, Harry does basketball coaching and is the Intermediates Coordinator for a local church. Harry is well known in the Ballers community for his dunking skills and reps the Coast for basketball in his age group!

You’ll find Harry leading the charge on all things Ballers. This includes coordinating our team of volunteer leaders at our Whangaparaoa and Orewa Ballers Night Club venues.

Matt Lilly is a founding trustee of Coast Community Trust. Matt has experience in civil engineering, project management and business development, which includes serving as the Director of a Consultancy company. Matt also is the founding Pastor of Coast Vineyard Church, a contemporary Christian church with over 700 committed members on the Hibiscus Coast.

Steve has broad governance experience in both private enterprise and not for Profit organisations. A Civil Engineer, founding partner and executive Director of professional service firms advising Local Government and government agencies in New Zealand, Australia, and the UK. Steve is also a former Chairman of the Australasian Society for Trenchless Technology.

Paul has had a variety of experience in both leadership and governance. He has 25 years of experience in senior management in the education sector. He has recently worked as a National Director and board member in a number of Not-for-Profit organisations in the charity sector, including being a former chairman of the Springboard Community Trust. Paul is a trained life and leadership coach and is currently working in the leadership and supervision field.
